We remove the remaining rubber strip and explain the missing standoff and screw.

T5 screws come out, and the case is pried open, revealing a swollen battery.

Battery is unplugged and removed carefully, avoiding speaker cable damage.

New battery is aligned using built-in guides and screwed in securely.
