Maine lobster: LARGE vs small? Which is better?!
I have been told my whole life smaller lobsters have better flavor and texture. I just assumed it was because they are usually hard shells. The other day we caught a large shedder! That same day my wife asked for lobsters. So I figured what better day to put this to the test! Have you tried both? What do you think?! Small one for me!
