1st time making JOLLOF RICE | AfriCali cookbook review
I have been wanting to make jollof rice for a long time, but I have to admit I was a little bit intimidated to try, but not anymore because I have @KianoMoju 's new book, AFRICALI and her recipe for jollof rice is fantastic.
The flavor was deep and rich from the stewed vegetable puree and the texture of the rice was perfect. I will 100% make this again!
