At 3:40 the quick freeze (bomb cyclone) occurred overnight, unfortunately, so the freeze is not visible. Still very windy (watch the leaves).

At 6:50 snow starts to melt on the far bank.
At 7:20: a lot of snow melted over night, and the pond is now water covered; 2 days in the 50s ensued with more rain.
