Patrick T. Harker: 2023 Leon N. Moses Distinguished Lecture in Transportation
Harker, the president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, delivered the talk "Fulfilling John Hayford’s Legacy: Moving Economics Toward a New Way to Value Infrastructure” during the November 8 event held at the Kellogg Global Hub and hosted by the Northwestern University Transportation Center.
