Turkeys On The Pond
I woke up this morning to find a flock of about 25 turkeys right next to our house, and walking on the pond's frozen surface. I grabbed a camera, but I think I moved too fast, or too near a window, and they walked off while I was getting prepared. I was in a panic to get the video, so the camera work was not stellar. The video does not give you any sense of how large these birds are. Right next to the picture window, they were enormous. I've never seen this before in the 30 years I've lived in Vermont.
