I made a 10 kg Cream fruit chat.This is a quick and simple recipe .If you like spicy chat , you may add black pepper or white pepper as per your liking.Chat masala also enhance it's taste.
I added boiled potatoes and pasta and it tastes really good potatoes.
It's not difficult to make and it's really delicious.

Measurements are using scales (g).tablespoons (Tbsp), and teaspoons (tsp)(not measuring spoons)

Apple-1.5 kg( diced)
-Water melon-1.5 kg ( diced)
-Guavua -1 kg ( diced)
-Banana-1 Dozen(12)
-Potato-1 ( boiled)
-Pasta-1 cup ( boiled)
-Dates-300 gram( sliced)
-Roasted peanuts-1/2 cup
-Orange-4( deseed)
-Strawberry -250 g
-Pineaapple-250 g
Few leaves of fresh corriander( optional)
-Cream Mixture;
-Mayonnaise -1 cup
-Cream - 2 packs(500ml)
-Cream milk-1 pack( 250ml)
-Sugar-1 cup
