For any VTuber on youtube you may find this helpful. In the second part of this custom VTuber Character 3ds Max and Unreal Engine tutorial - I'll show you how to take any character 3D model, then auto-rig it using the free AccuRig by Reallusion, and use 3ds Max to create custom face blendshapes. I'll also show you how to mirror the face poses using MCG Mirror Morph, how to load the facial blendshapes into the morpher modifier, and finally how to copy the skin modifier from the accuRig FBX rig and paste it onto one final vtube character mesh for exporting to Unreal Engine. In part 2 of this tutorial I'll show you how to load in the custom character, create a animation blueprint for using Live Link with an iPhone, and ultimately show how to create custom facial animation with an Iphone working on a custom vtube character in Unreal Engine.
