How to Live Boot Ubuntu from USB ? 💻 🐧
We can Live Boot Ubuntu from a USB / Pendrive without any need to install it or Dual Boot our PC.
It's the most easy way to run any version of Ubuntu on a USB.

Do backup all your data as your USB will be formatted & you'll lose all the data

Follow the steps below to Live Boot Ubuntu from USB:
1. First of all we need to download Ubuntu's ISO file from Ubuntu's website here: https://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop
2. Download a software called Rufus. It's freeware :-D

3. Insert your USB (I would recommend a USB of 4 GB or above)
4. Open Rufus & select USB from which you want to Boot / Install Ubuntu
5. Don't change other options. Let the other options be at default
6. If you want you can change the name of USB
7. Click a little DISC like icon to locate & select the Ubuntu ISO file from download location
8. Click on Start button
9. Now few windows will be popped up. Just click OK
10. Now reboot your PC / Laptop
11. Press F12 / F2 / Delete depending on your system to enter the BIOS
12. Then locate the option to change the Boot Priority and change the priority of your USB to First Boot and save the settings
13. Your PC / Laptop now should boot from USB
14. Now either you can opt to install it to your system or Live Boot it without installing
15. We'll click Try Ubuntu as we want to Live Boot
Done. We now have a working Ubuntu System without even Installing or Dual Booting it.

When saving files please make sure you save it on your Local Drives & not default Home Directory as files saved there will be wiped once we shutdown the System
