Hollyland Lark 150 Setup - Avoid confusion
Here’s a quick tip that will hopefully avoid some confusion for those who are unboxing their Hollyland Lark 150 wireless microphones.
When the units have been powered on, and placed into the charging case, everything is supposed to go into a suspend mode, and if you press one of the buttons on the receiver the display should show the charge status of each of the components.
However, when I did this, the pieces all stayed in transmit mode, and did not charge. After some head scratching, I wondered if the units were connecting to the contacts at the base of each bay.
What I didn’t realize, and the documentation doesn’t mention is that the package ships with some blue plastic shipping insulators between the units and the contacts. So just remove these three strips and you’ll get the expected behavior.
