Actually hasli in english is called collar bone or clavicle. The fracture or dislocation of clavicle occur only due to trauma or due to forceful traction of baby’s arm. Usually in 2 -3 months old healthy child it is very rare and very painful condition. So always avoid to go to unqualified persons for the home remedy of this condition. Always consult your doctor.
