The SEC is interested in SolarWinds, again, via another Wells Notice. Included in the video are some juicy details on revelations/allegations made during their recent $26M class action claim.
Here's a link to the Court Order from their recent class action claim if you want to get more detail: https://law.justia.com/cases/federal/...
The ultimate question is: Has SolarWinds changed, or are they still getting squeezed by investors to minimize expenses to the detriment of security.
Also, this goes to show that a company can have one bad day. That bad day leads to a cyber event, then a PR nightmare, then client's running to the door, then a class action claim, then a regulatory nightmare, and on and on.
FWIW, their stock price went from $25 before the event to a current day price of $11.
