Egg mixture
Eggs 3-4
Chilli flakes 1tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Assembling
Tortilla 2-3 (cut into strips)
Egg mixture
Pizza sauce
Shredded mozzarella cheese
k&ns breakfast sausage
Capsicum
Olives
.oregano
In a bowl add eggs nd spices mix it well .
Take tortilla roll it and cut into thin strips.
Brush oil on non stick pan ,add tortilla strips on it ,pour egg mixture cook it change its side.
On other side brush pizza sauce,cheese,breakfast sausages,capsicum,olives,sprinkle oregano.
Cover nd cook until cheese melts.
