Scrambled egg
Oil 2tbsp
Beaten eggs 3-4
Chinese fried rice
Oil 3tbsp
Garlic chopped 2tbsp
Carrot chopped 1cup
Capsicum chopped 1cup
Corn 1cup
Peas boiled 1cup
k&ns frankfurter sausages
Hot sauce 2tbsp
Black pepper 1tsp
Chilli flakes 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
Boiled rice 3cups
Green onion ½ cup
Scrambled egg
In a pan add oil and beaten eggs cook until fully done.
In a pan add oil and garlic saute for a minute now add capsicum,carrot,peas,corn cook for a minute.
Thaw k&ns frankfurter sausages as per instructions on the pack.
Cut into thin slices
Add in vegetables add all spices cook for 1-2 minutes.
Now add boiled rice,green onion scrambled egg and give it a good mix.
