Serrated Knives

1. Serrated knives have very large dimples and teeth.
2. They are also known as "bread knives" and are more commonly used to slice bread, tomatoes and pineapples.
Straight Edge Knives
---------------------------------------------------------------------
1. A straight edge knife has no teeth.
2. These are better to use for slicing cheeses, fruits, vegetables or raw meat.
