What's the difference between passive debuffs and the active debuffs explored in the previous episode? Why does it matter? Well, for starters it can make sure you don't go into a fight wasting good combos! Or going in too recklessly. For instance, why risk losing a passive debuff first when you can use an active one instead (assuming you have an active debuff power to go with a passive, of course, like Isengard has)? While not a major issue in the games, knowing the differences and functions of these debuffs can still make for a better game in BFME2 and ROTWK!
This material covered in this video, like the last one, applies to what is soon to come for the coverage of the Age of the Ring mod's overhaul of the system. That mod will be covered in Part 6.
Game Shown:
ROTWK 2.02 v9.0
The game mechanics in the video apply to any BFME2 or ROTWK patch, even if unit stats are somewhat different.
