How to stop your Bluetooth from being used by apps even when it's turned off on Android 13 or 14
Some apps and services on our Android 13 and 14 phone can still scan for nearby device at any time, even when Bluetooth is turned off.
Today i'm going to show you how to disable this feature to ensure Bluetooth is not being used in background when it's been turned off.
So to do this go to settings.
Then tap on Connected devices
Now tap on Connection preferences
Next tap on Bluetooth.
Now tap on Change at the bottom of the screen.
Then turn off the button next to Bluetooth Scanning.
This will stop apps and services from scanning for nearby devices at any time, even when Bluetooth is off.
