手搏 SHOU BO Quinto Symposium
The beautiful Shou Bo lesson by Master Stefano Danesi held at the 5th Symposium New Martial Project.
Given the atmosphere of the Symposium, of meeting and sharing with many different styles, the Master focused on the seven body holds without using clothing, so that everyone could then adapt these concepts to their own martial art. Many were surprised at how these "closing the distance" techniques were already present in their repertoire, without being fully aware of it. For Master Yuan Zumou, Shou Bo is also this: returning to the roots of Martial Arts.

Vista l'atmosfera del Symposium, di incontro e condivisione con tanti stili diversi, il Maestro si è focalizzato sulle sette prese al corpo senza usare il vestito, in modo che ognuno potesse poi adattare questi concetti anche alla propria arte marziale. Molti si sono sorpresi di come queste tecniche di "chiudere la distanza" fossero già presenti nel loro repertorio, senza però esserne pienamente consapevoli. Per il Maestro Yuan Zumou lo Shou Bo è anche questo: tornare alla radici delle Arti Marziali.
