Problem:
We need to compare our current businesses with the goals defined for each seller and for each period.
Solution:
Implement a report in Power BI integrated with HubSpot and measures that allow us to follow the performance of each seller.
Considerations:
The goals correspond to the total value of the created businesses, regardless of their status.
The goals are created in a Google Sheets spreadsheet.
Our open-source connector available on GitHub, as explained in a previous video, is being used.
