Community Members are Stepping Up
Lately I have noticed proposals on the NNS to register known neurons. This process basically turns a neuron with a random string of numbers into a human recognizable and unique name. When one reviews the reasons for such registration, we discover that individual members in the IC community are stepping to make due diligence on technical proposals that are emerging on the Internet Computer.
