Learn to Take Things Slow
Lately I have been taking things slow; so much so that I have been realizing the effect this has on my work. During my twenties and early thirties, I spent a great deal of time rushing. Rushing to work, rushing for sex, rushing for fame, rushing for money. As I mature, I've learned to calm down. Smell the roses a little. I hope this episode finds you well.
