Do You 'Need' DRAM Cache In Your M.2 NVMe SSD?
Some people say that you NEED to buy an NVMe SSD with "DRAM cache", but other people say this is a waste of money - and an older 'technology' from the days of SATA SSDs. Which is true? Do you NEED a DRAM cache in your M.2 storage, or can you skip it?
I personally use a 'mix and match' type approach, as I explain in this video.
