In this video, my dad makes shashlik (it's kind of similar to shishkabob) for me. We usually use lamb meat and ribs, or leg meat is preferred. He has a special recipe and he also makes small eggplants with lamb fat tucked inside.
He cooks everything over wood and charcoal.
