There are no secrets to building a strong grip.
You need to train your hands and fingers to grip various objects under load frequently.
Boxers are exposed to repetitive forces with impact, and grapplers are constantly gripping, pulling, pushing, and twisting to control an opponent.
Filling in the gaps with 10-15min of 2–3 exposures per week will work wonders in wrist, elbow, and shoulder health.
Some people will argue that the sport is enough to build a strong grip. Imagine telling a sprinter it’s a waste of time training your hamstrings and calves.
