पका हुआ चावल ४कप । 4 cup cooked rice
हरी शिमला मिर्च कटी १।4 कप | Green Capsicum 1/4 cup
हरा प्याज कटा 4 चम्मच | Spring onion chopped 4 tsp
बारीक कटा लहसुन 4 चम्मच | Chopped Garlic 4 tbsp
कुटा काली मिर्च १।२ चम्मच | Crushed Black Pepper
नमक स्वादनुसार | Salt as per taste
सोया साँस १ चम्मच | Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
रेड चिली साँस १ चम्मच | Red chilli sauce 1 tsp
विनेगर चम्मच १।२ tsp | Vinegar 1/2 tsp
