I think what caused the injury was too much running, walking, hiking, weightlifting, etc. There were some days my body was really sore and I did not want to continue on, but I kept going, and that was a mistake. I fell down once when carrying about 10 lbs, and I could not get back up. Movement of any kind left me in extreme pain, and so I was essentially paralyzed for 4 days straight. I was then able to crawl, and then I was given crutches to walk on. It was an experience I hope I never have to go through again, but if it weren't for the experience, I never would have got the idea for Bae. While paralyzed, I could not do anything else other than scroll through various apps on my phone, and it was then that I started to explore other apps on the app store. I found some awesome apps, and that is what gave me the idea for Bae. So it was almost a good thing that I got paralyzed!
