We all know the struggle of finding that one perfectly comfortable chair. #GoodAdsMatter
Volkswagen, like it always does, sets the ultimate benchmark for comfort and accessibility with this ad, cleverly titled “No Going Back”– suggesting that nothing feels like the ease of sitting in a VW once you get a taste of it.
The ad takes us through a series of relatable everyday instances– from a fine dine to a therapy session– as the protagonist struggles to make herself comfortable in seats that are, obviously, not Volkswagen.
Unfolding to an original score composed by Found Objects, the narrative is supported by chords that give the emotions more depth– of yearning and frustration, of luxury and comfort.
Known for not only the quality that is offered, VW has, over the course of time, proven to be a brand that truly understands the very pulse of its customers. By always prioritising the smallest of consumer preferences and addressing them in the most creative way possible, the brand has mastered effective communication!
