The LiftingCast scoring program is often used at local and national-level Powerlifting meets. This video goes over the basics of how to use the program as the Scoring Manager for a meet. The video doesn't go over how to set up a meet. It goes over how to enter in all the weigh-in information, how to run the program while the meet is running, and how to obtain the results once all the lifting is over.
