@eugeniagbone shares how the @fantasticfungi community made the cookbook, what goes into making a crowd-sourced cookbook, and lots of tips about best practices. The talk also illuminates what she learned as a chef from cooking hundreds of mushroom recipes, to wit: the main issues that arise from mushroom cookery that are distinct from other foods, and the best practices for delicious outcomes. The talk has lots of beautiful pictures of mushroom dishes, both simple and aspirational.
