In my testing, both of these SIMs allow you to stream and download as much data as you want, whether you're using 3G, 4G or 5G.
The biggest difference is that GOMO has a 5Mbps speed limit for their UNLI promo, whereas Smart has no speed limit.
As for pricing, make sure you buy from their official shops, because some people have been hoarding these SIMs and selling them at higher prices.
It's also possible that Globe and Smart could change their promo price, but P499 is what I paid.
GOMO UNLI is usually offered for a few days each month, through their app for existing customers and through Lazada, Shopee or the GOMO website for new SIMs. Some people buy multiple SIMs to avoid timing issues.
Smart Rocket SIM is available on Lazada and the Smart website. According to the Smart Facebook page, the 499 promo is available until September 30.
