Disney is RUINING The Simpsons
The Simpsons has been on a downhill spiral for what feels like decades now, from oversaturation to the continued flanderization - The Simpsons as a show has become a mere shell of its former self. In this video, I'm going to be discussing how Disney has actually managed to somehow make things worse and what it is that made the Simpsons so special in the first place in this Simpsons video essay / retrospective of a disney rant.
The Simpsons is important to me, I've grown up with it and seeing Disney's mistreatment of characters and relationships really doesn't sit right with me, the Disneyfication of modern media is continuing to plague the industry and things are clearly getting much worse. I plan to make a few more Simpsons projects down the line, from character analysis videos to breaking down classic episodes, let me know what you thought of this one in the comments below!
