Kripa Varanasi, David Smith & team: Customisable non-stick packaging solution to reduce waste
Each year, about one million tonnes of condiments are wasted as product residue remains inside packaging. Kripa Varanasi and David Smith created a non-stick packaging solution that prevents fluid from sticking to container walls, allowing them to be emptied entirely. The technology aims to eliminate packaging waste and reduce the industry's CO2 and water footprint.
