PHO USING SPICE CUBES (NOT AUTHENTIC BUT SOOO GOOD)
We found this pho spice cube in an Asian store in the US and I tried to experiment to come up with a pho noodle dish that will taste almost similar to what we tried before at a Vietnamese restaurant in San Diego, CA. So far, this is the closest taste I made for the family using ingredients I found from a store in Okinawa.
I decided to record it for future reference and share it to those who might find this helpful.
