City development! New houses! New real estate! New districts and new streets of Moscow. All this and much more, including infrastructure and adjacent territories, you can find in this story. The original main goal was a large-scale transformation of the territory of the former Likhachev Automobile Plant into one of the most beautiful, developed, well-maintained and prestigious districts of Moscow. In place of the former port warehouses and piers, there will be two dozen business and residential skyscrapers, an atrium, a yacht berth, a floating stage, a theater, a museum of modern art and a boulevard of cherry blossoms. Moscow at this point on the map will blossom in its most futuristic form - with music Zones, friendly meetings on summer terraces, fair trade and family walks, jogging in parks and a SPA with a view of the Moscow River. In the "northern" part of the ZIL industrial zone, a new urban district is being built on a 65-hectare area - the ZILART residential quarter. 1.5 million square meters of real estate will be built here. The project is being implemented in stages. The ZILART business-class complex is a new unique space in the capital with beautiful houses, rich infrastructure and vast green areas. Many different houses with exclusive architecture will be built and planted here. Many of the planned ones have already been built and populated. The quarter is already provided with social and public infrastructure, new streets and amenities have appeared. Children go to school and kindergarten, play in car-free courtyards. Parents park in underground parking lots and enjoy spending time in numerous restaurants that are waiting for them right at the door of their own home. Very soon, the ZILART museum and exhibition center "Collection" will appear, many more houses will be populated, a huge department store will open and much more. The unique landscape park "Tyufeleva Roshcha" - a green space of 10 hectares and a pond - is an ideal place for a quiet rest and active pastime for the whole family. An important part of the infrastructure of the new Zilart quarter, revealing the water, ecological, recreational potential of the main artery of the capital. In the future, the embankment will stretch from the old channel of the Moscow River to the Kremlin. Work continues on the creation of the Vesnin Brothers Boulevard. The boulevard will be almost a kilometer long, and it will be completely pedestrian. The already growing lindens, maples and poplars will be preserved here, and rowan and apple trees will be added to them. In addition, flower beds will be made from more than 15 thousand plants. The sports and entertainment cluster "Park of Legends" includes the Ice Palace, the large arena of which hosted matches of the Ice Hockey World Championship in 2016, the Hockey Glory Museum, the Arena of Legends Water Sports Complex, which houses the Anastasia Davydova Olympic Synchronized Swimming Center, the Water Entertainment Center with an outdoor pool, various health areas, a fitness and SPA center. The largest school in Russia has been built and is operating, where 2.5 thousand children can study with the children's technology park "Kvantorium". In total, three schools and 12 kindergartens are planned to be located on the site of the former industrial zone. The construction of a Children's and Adults' Clinic for 750 visits per shift with a milk kitchen distribution point is underway. The area of the building will be more than 11 thousand square meters. The institution is being built in accordance with the new standard for equipping polyclinics "Moscow Standard +"
