Undervolting is capping the maximum voltage usage by GPU for reduced power consumption & temps with minor performance hit.
GPU under full load usually requires ~1V you can Limit the voltage from 0.8 to 0.9V for less power consumption, for this test I capped the voltage at 781mV.
The only trick here is to find the Frequency that your GPU can handle on lower voltages , If I undervolt at 850mV @ 1860 Mhz or something Freq I can get nearly similar performance as stock with ~160W power draw.
I went with lower voltage for Better Power Efficiency, I can cap frames at 60 & My GPU+ CPU would draw only 100W.
To undervolt your GPU search for best settings & try to optimize them for your GPU.
