Makes ten 6.5in diameter crepes
250ml milk
20g butter
80g cake flour
20g sugar
2 large eggs
In a heatproof mixing bowl, add and microwave milk and butter until butter is melted and the milk is warmed
Add in the other ingredients and mix with a whisk until incorporated
Strain through a fine-mesh sieve
Let sit for 10mins, then whisk again once ready to use
Filling
120g heavy whipping cream
14g sugar
5g vanilla
Add ingredients in a mixing bowl, and whip until stiff peaks
10 Strawberries
Cut into 1/8 inch thickness
