Best Acoustic Sound? Mic versus pickup
This is a comparison video of the sound difference between a large diaphragm condensor microphone versus a pickup installed in an Acoustic guitar. The microphone is an Ear Trumpet Labs Bass Edwina (now called a Delphina) and an L.R. Baggs iBeam Active pickup. The sound difference is fairly striking and I am now ready to rip the pickup out of my guitar!
