Hot 318 Build! This Beautiful 1968 Plymouth Barracuda Sport Special Needs A Lot More Than I Thought
Almost since the inception of Dead Dodge Garage, I have been asked about building a performance 318 on the channel. So imagine my surprise and delight when Mark (owner of another green '68 Mopar we've seen on the channel) bought this sweet Barracuda, and asked me to work some magic on the original engine under the hood. Mark procured all of the parts to complete this build, going to great lengths to ensure I had everything I could possibly need, and hoping to avoid any snafus or quagmires like his last project. Of course, reality is what happens while you're making other plans. So today, we're actually doing a complete drivetrain removal and trying to figure out what exactly is wrong with this little 318.
