The arcane is very easy to farm as well, as the elevator mission gives you at least 20 of the resource you need to purchase them, and they only cost 10 each for some reason.
As a result, you can get a maxed set of any of these arcanes in under a couple hours which is a little nutty to me considering how bad the grind for voruna and citrines arcanes are lol.
