Parallel park, method 2(left-hand traffic). Tutorial, how to
To parallel park is something that many people struggle with. There are however a few tricks that you can use. You can do this in a couple of different ways. This is method 2.
The movie instructs you on where to steer to obtain a good position in the parking space. The steering points are only approximate and need sometimes be adjusted to your specific car. Different cars have different turning radii.
The most important pieces of advice when you are to parallel park into a parking space are:
1. Keep a close watch on what is going on around your car.
2. Drive slowly (edge) and stop if you feel that something is wrong.
Don’t edge along for more than a couple of minutes at a time. The clutch becomes hot and needs to cool down before you try again.
There are a lot of diffrent methods you can use when you are to parallel park. With this method you will be a pro when you parallel park! To parallel park is not that hard!

Parallel parking, Method 2
Stop beside the space you wish to use to check if it is long enough for your car.
Stop parallel to the car before the space with only 10 cm between the wing mirrors.
Place your car so that your rear wheels are in line with the rear wheels of the car beside you.
Turn the steering wheel one whole revolution to the left.
Slowly edge backwards until you can see the front end of the car behind you in your right wing mirror.
Turn the steering wheel back so the wheels become straight.
Reverse slowly until your rear left wheel is in line with the right wing mirror of the car behind you.
If you wish, open the door to check. But don’t forget to first put the car in neutral.
Steer full right and reverse.
Keep an eye on your front right corner of your car so it does not hit the car in front of you.
Put your car in its final position.
