COVID Victory Garden Harvest and Dinner

This video show the results of our gardening efforts up to this point. When I started this project in March, I knew very little about gardening. Today I know there is more science to the craft than just throwing seeds I the ground and adding water. I've learned there are three types of fertilizer and it is based on what you want the plant to do at a certain time in its development. Fertilizer NPK Numbers are a big deal. I didnt know they exist muchless what they men and how to use them. They are macro-nutrients, nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P) and potassium (K). Nitrogen controls the first phase of a plants life, leaf growing development. Phosphorus controls the second phase, blooming. The third is potassium and that controls overall plant function.
