What Happens if The Earth Just STOPPED SPINNING
For a group of people currently living on a giant sphere spinning at more than 1000 miles per hour, we don’t really think about it much. But, what would happen if the Earth stopped spinning? We would definitely notice it then. If the earth suddenly stopped spinning, we can all imagine that the momentum would cause everything on Earth to fly off into space...but what if it stopped gradually? Does the Earth's rotation have a significant impact on the way we live, other than just giving us day and night?
