I have made a new recipe which is traditional and healthier version. Recipe details -
Pls soak bajra in water for 2 hrs and later take extra water by morning 10 am
In mixie add bajra without water and grind coarsely.
Take cooker, pour 5 glass of water if 1 glass of bajra. 1: 5 and add little salt, ghee 1/2 tsp and later mix bajra flour withoutt any lumps continuously. It will get boiled post 7 mins, later cook for 4 whistle and keep cooker aside for 2 hours, It will thicken.
later add curd, onion, chopped coriander leaf, jeera, salt, manga piece with this mixture and make it to porridge kind of consistency and serve it. If any leftover or extra make round balls and soak in water and keep in fridge if its overnight.
Its healthier version and filling recipe either dinner or early morning tiffen.
Tips - In case if water is more or runny consistency add little rava or oats to make it thicker and cook for 5 mins.
