I made this video after being asked to respond to the following question: "We have been fortunate/lucky to not have dealt with any major attacks over the last couple of years, but are trying to always prepare as though our number is going to come up soon. We have gone through the incident response materials that the fine folks at /u/huntresslabs and really don't have a great answer on the legal counsel part of their recommendations.
Does anyone have recommendations on firms that have expertise or demonstrable experience with navigating a breach like the ones we all worry about?"
