Double-Sided Materials in Blender.
By default, shaders are meant to work according to the direction of the normals. But this trick allows us to mask out the front and back faces of the object and apply different shaders to each side. It's really useful for creating flyers, pages, leaves, petals, etc. where you need to use a 2D object because of render time optimization or getting better collisions in simulations.
Hope you find it useful!
