User-Specific Page and Field Configurations
#PeopleSoft Page and Field Configurator is an amazing "isolation customization" tool. But it has one feature you should avoid: User-specific configurations. The problem with user-specific configurations is maintenance. As an alternative, we recommend role-based configurations.
