Laptop 02 | Setting up macOS Catalina on 2019 MacBook Pro 16" - again
When I got the laptop back from Apple I didn't want to start setting it up until I had verified whether or not it was acting as I thought it should (tl;dr - it wasn't: • Expectations | 2019 MacBook Pro 16", HP Pr... ). I called support and let them know it was still happening and pointed them to the video. Before getting off the phone I asked if I could go ahead and finish setting it up as I had been told there were issues with the software or the hardware I was using. The agent said to go ahead as we had the video demonstrating that it still wasn't working despite not having any peripherals plugged in, no additional software installed, and having come directly from the Apple Store.
So, we're going to go ahead and set it up (again). For this video we're really going to focus on macOS Catalina and making it a better experience (in my opinion, of course). I don't like to do a lot of customization or changes as I help people with digital organization and productivity and most consumers don't adjust things much, if at all and it's not fair to them if I am not experiencing the same things they are.
