We also talk about the implications of the traditional client-therapist relationship as opposed to the use of AI-based apps and the ethical and financial implications for therapists who are integrating these tech models into their practices.
Lastly, we address the core issues of mental health practice, including training and compensation, emphasizing that power and autonomy should return to therapists. This would significantly improve the quality and accessibility of mental health care.
