Reporting in R
Video 4: I’ll use RMarkdown, an incredible tool that enables researchers to go from data import to final report—all in R. I’ll show how easy it is to produce a report that can then be exported to a format such as Word or PDF. Finally, I’ll demonstrate the real value of using this approach, namely that it facilitates reproducibility. By setting up a template, one can easily re-create reports in the future based on similar data analyses.
