Have you ever tried Sicilian Pesto?? It’s the perfect summer dish because theres no cooking needed 🙌
It’s so yummy served hot or even cold as a pasta salad. Either way it always hits the spot! You can also add Parmigiano cheese or keep it vegan 💚
The Italian name is Pesto alla Trapanese as it’s from the Trapani region in Sicily. This is where Nonno is from 🥰
